Are you in need of a reasonable rental for your next event?

We have a moderate size social room, bar, commercial kitchen, and a well maintained large backyard with a back drop of rolling hills filled with tree’s that run along a flowing creek in complete privacy. Rent our space for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, reunions, corporate or private events.

Rental Rates

Non-Member Rental Fee: $650

Eagle Members from other Aeries Rental Fee: $450 (Without bar open. With bar open, deduct $50)

Wilkeson Eagles Member Rental Fee: $350 (Without bar open. With bar open, deduct $50)

Damage Deposit: Equal to Rent (Refundable)

Kitchen Use Fee (Cooking): $20 (No charge for prep work. The $20 cooking applies when stove or other appliances are used)

If you are interested in renting our hall. Follow these steps.

1) See pricing fee schedule listed above.

2) Go to our online calendar to see if there is no other event scheduled on your desired rental date. Click HERE to go to the calendar.

3) If you're interested in renting or have further questions you must attend a Trustee’s meeting. Trustee meetings are held the 2nd & 4th Monday every month at 6pm at the Eagles hall. Any correspondence will no longer be held by phone or email, but in person at a Trustee’s meeting only.

4) Your rental date will only be held by placing a deposit (cash or check only) and by filling out a rental application at the Trustee’s meeting.
